Rebecca Tolson has over 25 years of experience as an advocate and grantmaker in the fields of human rights, women’s rights and health, and social justice.
Through her own work in philanthropy and the non-profit sector, Rebecca understands that effective consulting starts with listening carefully and asking critical questions, in order to design and deliver services that meet clients’ specific needs and objectives, in alignment with their values and institutional culture. Wherever possible, she seeks to build meaningful ownership of and capacity for the work she is supporting within organizations, so that it is sustained after the consultancy ends.
